Ads are actively receiving mk1 126600s and we’re into September of 2018 (the next year).

What you think of the watch is what you think of the watch. Comparing it to a f or y 16610lv is, at worst, prime facie intellectually dishonest, and at best, trying too hard to make something you own seem historically meaningful beyond the fact that you simply enjoy it.
Only time will tell I suspect
In the meantime I wear to enjoy my MK1 purchased May 4 of 2017
