I’m not a fan of any meteorite dials. Period.

Good for them.
Not trying to be that guy but Jay Z has been collecting Patek for years and even has their most complicated wristwatch.

Cardi B and every rapper in the world is on the nautilus hype train as well.

I would bet cash money neither of them are intrigued by a meteorite gmt.

Who are you, Robin Leach or their personal shopper?

No just a long time fan of Jay Z and clearly someone who spends too much time buying watches

Nope, not on a GMT. Way too much going on and I hate it with the Pepsi. Now, on a Yachtmaster 40 with a platinum bezel, that would be interesting.

I like meteorite dials, but not on this one. The WG DD40 with meteorite is droolworthy... it is enhanced by the diamond baguettes, whereas the lume markers on the GMT look weird.

Good point about the maxi plots - that is hard to take. Serti settings instead might have been better.

They managed it for the YG MOP YM years ago. Just needed to use WG settings methinks.

Looks like Rolex took the year off. Seems kind of tacky, and hard to read.
However I can’t read the Daytona either so...

I just saw a live picture on Instagram from Hodinkee. It looks pretty awesome I must say! It looks a little bit like that Albino Unicorn GMT in some way...

I love the meteorite dial however, not on a GMT. IMO it looks fantastic on the DD or DJ.

Totally agree with this. The DD 40 in WG with meteorite dial was one of my favorite "sleeper" releases from Basel last year. I just don't think this works on the GMT...

I haven’t researched it but I don’t know if it’s WHITE GOLD or SS

And that’s a poor place for ROLEX to put us in

With the SKY D sellout to SS and the GMT jubilee blro, I feel that we have been led to walk the plank

As it was already mentioned, it’s a good succesor of Pan-Am white GMT

It is not a successor to the Pan-AM CEO and is not meant to be.

Overall, I like it more than I dislike it. That stated, I don't see myself wearing it.

Was there a price published for this new release (I missed it if there was)?

I can see the logic behind the choice of a Meteorite dial. Still, why not put a white one?
