Here's one I can think of now:

"like" as in "We're like going to a show." I hear that all the time, even from my nephew, who has a PhD and is a college professor.

There was a time not so long ago just before the era of fake news, when almost every single person on MSM incessantly and unnecessarily used the phrase “if you will”. Made me want to smash my TV.

"Canceled" [or cancelled]

Entitled young women have moved on from "I can't even" to "That's canceled."

-- Oh my god, he said that? He's like totally canceled
-- Rain on my wedding day?! That report is canceled.
-- I'm so hungover. Today is just canceled.

Calling a Rolex “Rollie”
My wife says “excape” instead of escape, it drives me insane and she gets mad every time I point it out to her.

The current fashion of beginning every sentence with "so" drives me crazy.
It is just an unnecessary word that communicates nothing, except possibly to identify the speaker as someone who wants to be 'trendy'.
"Like" is another of these.
I try to avoid 'trendy' words as they just clutter-up a conversation.

I knew a chap who would say ponigranate instead of pomegranate. Now this in itself is no biggie, however it would be in a room packed with around 50 people - with all eyes and ears on him delivering this verbatim speech. I did mention once, something like great speech, but it’s...
The next time I heard the speech it was Groundhog Day!
Regards

When someone, describing what another person has said, uses "so he "goes" instead of so he "said".

Yadda, Yadda. Yadda.

Describing service in a restaurant for example as "on point".

And my watch is on a "deployment" clasp.

Ah, that one bugs me too. Your clasp isn't packing up for a tour overseas.

Even if it was an auto-correct error, I then have to wonder why the author didn't catch it and fix it.

Using myself as a personal pronoun. When you get in, come see myself. Return the book to myself when you're done. Meet Joe and myself at the AD.

What crazy spell/grammar checker lost me and I and replaced them with myself on a global scale.

Use of “prolly” instead of probably.

It’s not stupid but a head scratcher. When a post is titled “incoming” where the poster clearly has the possession of the watch already.
