I could not vote. When I think luxury and Rolex I think of Day-Date in a normal configuration.

WOW, SABR is pure beauty, i really love it.

dont look at peoples comment here, because many of them cant afford it, therefore they dislike. I believe if they have tons of rolex, they will get the blingy one.

agreed. It seems that is the sentiment of the ultra wealthy. They want exclusivity above all else when it comes to luxury products. Like they say in the Middle East among the richest. It's not what you buy or how expensive it is but who gets it first and how exclusive is it.

...And when you look at their collection it speaks volume, or lack of thereof.

Oyster Perp - classic. If you don't know what the date is - you've got bigger worries than your watch.

So gross.

Not being a "hater". Just being 100% honest. Even if I had the money to buy one of these, I'd be too embarrassed to ever own one. Just....no.

Oh, sure - they'll get attention.

People will think your douchebag factor is off the charts. But hey, if that's the kind of attention you want, knock yourself out.

Wonder who is the real douchebag in that scenario. The guy making assumptions or the guy wearing the watch because he likes it.

I'd easily take a five digit sub on nato over these any day...and if I had a huge amount to spend on a watch I'd probably look at some in great shape vintage military sub or a drsd...but hey, too each their own.

Agree - vintage all day for almost as much as those diamonds cost

I love the Rainbow Daytona followed closely by the SARU. I'd buy the Rinbow in a heartbeat!

I voted for:

•None of the above

After reading some of the comments here, you would think that wealthy people or those who come into money, lose their senses, and are automatically
drawn to garish, jewel encrusted abominations.

I assure you that were I to come into a large amount of disposable income, these watches would not suddenly become beautiful and desirable.

Instead, I’d quickly plunk down the money for this handsome classic, or one like it:

Guys can’t we for just one minute imagine wearing one of the watches? I mean dream a little... I personally don’t own any watches with diamonds, but you damn skippy I would rock the crap out of that rainbow rose gold Daytona...in another life.

OP asked for opinions. My opinion is that OP's examples are not "prestigious." I think they are tacky. But that's what makes the world go round, different opinions.
Precisely.

I wouldn't put someone down for wearing a watch. But I would would put those watches down. In fact, I wouldn't pick them up in the first place.

They are bloody awful. IMO.

I like many Rolex PM watches but don’t enjoy any of these. The Rainbow Daytona would look nice on my wife....Though I probably shouldn’t mention that to her.
