There you go, OP.
You want to know more about the Pepsi. But couldn't be bothered to google it.
So you post a semi-rant thread about it to induce the resident experts to 'correct' your ignorance.
And you got a wealth of info.
Hope you're happy.

while i agree that it is no where near a classic black all around watch.

that was the classic tool watch look. i just wish the colors were more striking (basic rainbow colors) like scarlet red and royal blue.

but i think that will never happen

it looks like a joke. blue and red, what, is it Stars and Stripes?

Why do brake callipers on sports cars need to be painted red or yellow? Or the whole car, for that matter?

Why is the majority of sports clothing bright and colourful?

Why should a sporty, stylish watch be all black or grey?

Glad you "get" snoopy, though - that's a relief.

Usually we do delete troll posts such as this, because it is little more than a kids doodling with silly context. However, the GMT does have history, so perhaps some good will come of it.

Great explanation! Thanks!

You don't get the pepsi GMT because it's "blue and red"? Not serious enough for you?
But then again you get the Snoopy Speedy

Again, it has NOTHING to do with an attitude indicator, so that explanation is incorrect. I has everything to do with Panam colors. Red is the obvious choice for daylight, making blue the PM color.
