41 DJ w/ jubilee bracelet and the 41 OP are pretty comfortable for me. But I don't even notice my Explorer 2 is on my wrist at all. Very comfortable.

I have tried the 40 YM. That would most likely be the winner should I decide to buy one. I think it is the only model with the lugs are curved on the underside of the case. Just don't care for the bezel.

Explorer 214270. It’s so comfortable and fits so perfectly that I have to look down at times to make sure it is still on my wrist.

All the ones I own are comfortable to me. The one I can think of that I fidgeted with the most while wearing, was my former sd43. I love that watch but I found myself shaking my wrist or giving a twist from time to time to get it back in the position I like.
Having said that, it wouldn’t discourage me from owning it again in the future.

116500LN and 116610LV, closely followed by 126710BLRO on Jubilee.

Even my Homage watch BLNR on Jubilee is extremely comfortable. Rolex wise, my 116500 is so comfortable to wear, I forget I’m wearing a watch.

Batman, by far.

Not only is it my most comfortable Rolex, it's my most comfortable watch, which is probably why it's what I wear the most.

Somewhere between my 1680 and my 126610LN is my most comfortable watch. The vintage 1680 disappears on the wrist with a smaller case and the 93150 bracelet with hollow end links hugs my wrist in an unobtrusive way.

The 126610LN has the glidelock clasp, giving me some flexibility when the weather causes my wrist to shrink or swell. I can also dial in the fit just a bit better with more options on link placement for the modern Sub Date.

This! So true…

Between my two Rolexes, my 16233 is significantly more comfortable. It's 30ish years old & has been well-loved by my father before coming into my possession. The 36mm case & jubilee are a match made in heaven. I adore my Smurf, but the DJ36 is buttery.

My SubDate is comfy because of the glidelock, my BLNR is comfy because of the jubilee bracelet, but my Explorer 36 is the most comfortable because it just melts into my wrist. When I get older, and I'm almost there, I feel like 36mm timepieces will be on my wrist most days.
