My first ALS, a 1999 Saxonia
This early Lange popped up from 1999 and I had to have it. A svelte 34mm, it’s such a pure ALS dress watch!

Always loved their oversized, easy to read dates, and the amazing horological details regarding movement finishing.
THIS is the way watches are supposed to be manufactured.

Are there Lange collectors these days still interested in the original pocket watches? This one here I believe is from 1866. Beautiful piece in our family with interesting history between two continents

I'd argue current market price is even higher. The recent sales I followed have rather been in the € 65k range, ie. USD >70k

I’ve recently added another Lange to my collection: 231.031: the most romantic Lange among the Teutonic models in the whole line up since 1994 Really hard to grasp the beauty of the dial on picture. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Congratulations! I love the new time zone. My personal favorite combo is the black dial white gold but the rose gold looks stunning too. Good pickup!

Congratulations, it’s one of the coolest they make, counting the days until mine finally comes back from Glashütte where it’s currently receiving a service.

What time frames were you guys quoted for your Steel Odysseus? Mine keeps getting delayed. I wasn't required to put a deposit down but still a little annoyed.

You ordered directly from ALS website or ordered with your AD? Sorry for simple question, I am new to ALS so I don't know much about it.

A couple of pics of my 40mm Saxonia Thin that I bought last Saturday
It's my first ALS, I'd like to add the 39mm copper blue Saxonia Thin one day and maybe a Lange 1. I must say these are the only models I like, in my opinion too many others like the original Saxonia and 1815 models look very dated and not that pretty to me https://photos.app.goo.gl/rXqhzhWAbWa6T7aW9 https://photos.app.goo.gl/BVzgu3fQGn38rD268 |
