They get allocated to an SA, then the SA asks for approval to a certain customer - taking into consideration their purchase history / story / etc. If your SA likes you she will tell the manager who you are and ask if the manager would approve you to purchase it. My advice is to always be kind, genuine, and build a relationship with your SA as well as the store staff. Buy only what you want and let other people have the pieces you don’t want.
