I’d rather have a GMT Master II, but you are the customer, so good on you for not taking it just because.

I'm sure it is someone's want, just not mine. I have a Grand Seiko SBGJ237 Hi-beat GMT that can tell time in three time zones and has a blue and white bezel and blue sunburst dial face...love that watch, not giving it up for a Batman.

Sure I could have flipped the Batman for several thousand, but I really didn't want the watch and I didn't want to take from someone who might really want and appreciate it. Don't get me wrong, I am a committed capitalist and I love making money, but this situation just didn't sit right with me. I didn't want the watch and I knew if I bought it I would just flip it.

I told David I'm still holding out for the 126610LV (Starbucks, Kermit, Cermit...what ever you want to call it). He said he should be able to get it for me in the next 2 or 3 months... Here's hoping that the good Karma of not taking advantage and scooping up a watch I really didn't want works out and sometime in the next few months I'll be able to post that awesome incoming 126610LV...

I too have the SBGJ237 and it is a fantastic piece. Wouldn’t give it up for a BLNR either.

You might be the hero we need, but don’t deserve.

Congrats on the Cermit. It’s a cool piece.

Nice choice and I am sure you will get the LV sooner rather than later based on your actions. I had the same scenario with a Seadweller anniversary this weekend. I want the JC Deep Sea and didn't want to settle for a watch rather than the one wanted. SA said he will get me a JC imminently and appreciated me not just taking the watch I didn't want.
