I’ve been told by a couple ADs that maybe about 20% of the SS Subs received are the LV. Not sure if that’s 20% of Subs including ND and date, though.

They’re not as plentiful, but as others have said, not exactly rare.

Other than seeing LV's posted here or for sale on Chrono which gives off the impression that they aren't rare, i've never seen one out in the wild yet.

I almost always prefer wearing the newer design.
Very confused

IMO, not that rare. I was offered one without even expressing interest in it.

Turned out that it only had a production time of around 3 years which compared to the hulk and Kermit is very short compared to theirs which was 10 and 7 years respectively. Obviously you will be able to get in 126610LV with the brighter “mk2 Kermit” bezel but the original Starbucks is now discontinued so the price should increase in the coming months to reflect that.

I was looking at 2 used ones this weekend at my AD. They get a pretty good amount of green and black.

Ive talked to 3 AD's all say they get them in. They said its not impossible to get one. Just need to wait at least 6 months, probably closer to a year to get one. So yea nothing really saying its hard or difficult to get from my feedback

The difference between the 126610LV Starbucks, and the 116610LV Hulk is the Hulk production was very low compared to black bezel Sub because it was very unpopular during the first 6 years of production, and also less produced during the two years of Covid at the end of it's production. ADs say they always received much more less Hulks than black Subs. In contrast the 126610 was pumped out as same as the black Sub to satisfy demand, and ADs as mentioned before are getting similar amounts of green and black bezel Subs now.

There are loads and loads of them in Hong Kong. Which annoys me because they won’t sell me one. Not rare. None of them are rare.

The cermit/Starbucks still being produced and not discontinued. this whole mk1 or mk2 is BS. I don’t disagree there was a change in bezel color but doesn’t mean the LV was discontinued. Maybe you’re hoping YOUR LV is rare and will go up in price, But don’t hold your breath

Going by your analogy the current SS Pepsi has been discontinued 3 times since 2018 introduction because it’s on its 4th bezel of red/blue color variation

Bingo ^^^^^

The cat is out of the bag on collecting Rolex watches. It took decades for actually rare Rolex watches to gain traction, and were only collected by a handful of early collectors. Now, every T, D and H collects Rolex watches, so if you're in this game for future value, perhaps invest in more productive assets.
