The white dial is very nice… that said if both are on the table I’d go blue. Typically though both aren’t on the table.

After owning dozens of modern and vintage Rolex's, the only one ever that I thought I would love but absolutely hated (and returned in exchange for another watch the very next day) was a White EXP 2. Loved it in the hundreds of pics, just not for me on my wrist.

BLUE all the way...

good luck..

The only Rolex I own is an SD43. (Black dial, that is at RSC for a few months. ) I bought a white dial OMEGA DIVER 300M because I wanted a white dial watch and like the perceived larger aesthetic. I like to match my clothes with my watch and after purchasing a few new blue threads, I purchased a second OMEGA DIVER 300M. This time in blue. The following two statements are true. 1. The blue POPS! 2. I had no idea that, while liking both white and blue, I would prefer the blue. To the point of purchasing more blue apparel. I understand that some will consider my comparison (OMEGA colors compared to Rolex colors.) apples to oranges and I understand. That being typed, I am about to go vote blue and am looking forward to the results. Lastly, like many have said, you can not go wrong with either and settling may not be the accurate word choice, you may want to wait for your first choice, blue.

I’m a sucker for blue watches so my choice would definitely be the blue one.

I like the clean lines on the white dial. It's very classic look.

Both look great but love the clean look of the white and goes with everything you wear so it is more versatile

If I could only have on either would be blue. The white has a dressy feel to me.

always Blue - the complexity of the blue in different lights/situations is not comparable with the white IMO

White is more of a silver, and very elegant and classy. Blue is more sunburst pop. Both great. Depends on mood, I guess.

I have both and to my surprise white gets most wrist time. Can't go wrong either way though.

Rolex makes THE most beautiful blue dials of any manufacturer. I pick blue every day and twice on holidays.

Well as of the other day I feel I can give my personal views.
I had the TT white dial, I thought I’d never get the call for the blue, so I compromised. But patience payed off and eventually got the blue. So as I never “really “ loved the TT I sold it last year.
Last week went Gray dealer for SS white dial on oyster. Wow, I can confirm that the white dial is NOT the same as on the TT white dial. My TT was like a polar white which matched the 24 hr ring, however my new SS white dial is noticeably different. It’s white, yes, but on an angle it almost appears silvery but not the 24 hr ring. It is undoubtedly a unique and beautiful dial for sure.
Now holding my 2 skydwellers side by side, blue and white, the question of which is nicer is very difficult. I know it’s the hunnymoon period but that white SS needs to be seen in person for sure.
Gotta love the skydweller, can’t wait for green, when does it end!!
