I’d still stick to my 16600 Sea Dweller. Having that without branding would be excellent. Second option would be a 36mm Explorer.

While some folks may have bought a Rolex primarily for its ruggedness, aesthetics, durability, etc, you also knew and trusted the Rolex brand. Even people saying certain models are "classic" or "timeless." Things become classic and timeless because they were well made AND well branded/marketed products over many years.

I didn't buy a Rolex hoping people would notice it, but I'm not going to fool myself that the Rolex brand didn't play some factor when otherwise I could've bought something much cheaper and easier to get with similar features and durability. I wanted and purchased the watch because I liked everything that went along with the product, including Rolex.

I try not to care too much what other people think, but I do know that people recognize most Rolex watches. When I bought mine, I bought it despite the attention it gets not because of it. I’m fully aware that Rolex these days has somewhat of a bad reputation among the general public. Again, do I care? I try not to. Just like I enjoy my BMW for the very specific model that it is (nobody would really know that part), but im aware that the brand association falls into the same nouveau riche kinda asshole rep just like the watch.

I avoid my Rolex at work and it’s a no-no for important meetings. Never gave my Omegas a second thought in that regard. So yes, the Rolex is really just for my own enjoyment and technical value that I enjoy - but otherwise a bit of a hassle and a negative as far as “brand” goes.

Quite a few I’d still wear but would I pay the price they currently command? Maybe not

I would still wear all of mine. Although if they were a “nothing brand” there’s a chance I wouldn’t have ever discovered them…so looking at it from that view, perhaps none.

The models that would stand out the most from a visual perspective would be the DJs and DDs. They are far more beautiful than any of the sports models imo..

I certainly wouldn’t pay the premium for them though since they wouldn’t have the market value to back up the retail price.

The questions for me is pretty much which Rolex do I like. i can't think of one that I would wear because its a Rolex but wouldn't if it wasn't.

In that case I wouldn't wear a Rolex. It doesn't say so on the dial...

I have no problem with that, as long as I like the design and quality etc.

Looking at my Daytona right now, I do not run the chrono so there is a large hand covering half of the logo/wording anyway!

Which Rolex would you wear even if it didnt say Rolex on the dial

So what discount would you expect when purchasing an unbranded watch with Rolex parts? Or, what would you pay for your favorite unbranded Rolex?
