Using word “acceptable” was defenitely my mistake. You are right with interpretation. Newertheless, this made the discussion more alive nd funny :)

Wearing a Daytona is not the same as being able to use it.

Depends on wrist size. Gender is irrelevant.

99.9 % of Daytona owners don’t know how to use it.

I don't think "acceptable" is the right word. If she wants to wear something, who are you to stop her?

I'd draw the line at swastika t-shirts, but a slightly-larger-than-normal watch? Pffft. There are many more important things to worry about.

I prefer larger watches, even though my DJ is a 36, I wish I would have gone larger to a 41mm. This is me wearing my large SS Tag dive watch that’s a 41mm and I love it. I know we’re talking about Daytonas, but I at least wanted to show my Tag for size reference on a woman’s wrist.

I love the Daytona but don't think it looks good on me. My wife has a YG Daytona on Bracelet and looks great.
Sorry but to me it's a lady's watch.

This question is some form, comes up every now and then. I always find it odd when a man asks other men what size watch a woman should wear or acceptable to wear.

What do you think and do your wifes normally wears TT Daytonas. I have 116500 LN and think it would look good, if we wear them together during vacation or while going to the restaurant.
Cannot see why not once there were the beach Daytona supposedly made for women they had blue, green, yellow, and pink dials.

My wife wears a two tone, white dial Daytona as her daily.
Great watch for all parties.

I'm a wear what you want guy, BUT...

I think every watch has a time and place, doesn't matter if we're talking male or female. I'll use myself as an example. I have smaller wrists. I have 12-13 watches. When I get dressed in a suit I purposely choose something smaller and classic, often on a strap. I don't think a Daytona would look good with an elegant dress for instance. Just my opinion of course.

I have seen quite a few women sporting a Daytona and they seemed to be enjoying what was on their wrist. Looked good to me, but needs to feel right also.

As long as the person wearing it accepts it, yes it is.
