I asked a my girlfriend if she wanted one, her answer was odd, she lives/works in Manhattan, she said, she only sees Asian woman wearing them... & sure enough the 4 I have seen in the wild... worn by young Asian woman... I don't know why...

My wife said it reminds her of the LV print and for that reason alone its not appropriate for a Rolex.

I'm not going to judge something for woman based on my male point of view. If I saw a woman wearing one, I'd think "nice rolex". It's 100X better than some of these leopard or zebra schemes I've seen. IMO those are just obnoxious, but to each his/her own.

I actually like the opinions of opposition - I was getting sick of the Rolex-can-do-no-wrong responses I usually see

If the buyer ever wants to sell the watch, the diamonds will not hurt much, but the pink dial makes this a woman-only watch. That really limits the resale market and resale price.

My wife's watch came in today and in my opinion, looks better without the diamonds. Besides, as soon as she gets sick of the look, I'll have the dial swapped out to a white stick dial. Pics dont do it justice. You really have to see this dial in person before passing judgement

My wife really likes the look of the watch but she cannot wear the 36mm size. It is way too big for her tiny wrists and looks clownish on her.

can the factory diamond bezel be had with a more normal dial? For example, a black stick dial?

If so, what would be the price of it?

I think it looks pretty on this lady but I'm a woman and I prefer a plain colored dial...I think it's more timeless.

Saw one of these (silver dial) in 31mm, oyster bracelet and domed bezel on the wrist of a co-worker a few weeks ago. It looks very nice in person; the dial is quite subtle, but different enough to give it a decidedly feminine twist for the wearer. I'm a classic Rolex guy, and we work in a very conservative profession, and this one fit in perfectly.

wife has the one without diamonds, pink face, she loves it, 36mm, she originally wanted the 31mm silver/grey face, but i convince her to go bigger, and now she admits i made the right choice by convincing her to go to 36mm and pink. luckily the one with diamonds didn't look as nice on her wrist, haha

This is not a watch I would buy simply because I think this dial is a fad. (IMO). I can talk about size, however. My wife is a small lady, and (as of today) wears a 36mm DJ TOG. It looks great. Bottom line: right now "small" ladies watches are just not in style. They may come back, who knows... but right now they are not the trend, instead they are the exception.

As a man I would not want to wear it, but it has an odd appeal. I think in the right situation it would work fine. The downside—the market for the watch will be VERY limited.

Among all the rolex models, the flower dial is the only model that my wife likes. She mostly wear something more fashionable like Chanel J12 and Louis Vuitton.

Not for me. Although I can see why some will love it. My wife thinks I'm crazy paying more then $100 for a watch, so I won't even ask here

Personally it is too much of a "trend" for me. It does remind my of an LV design as someone else mentioned. Could I see myself wearing in in 10 or 15 yrs? probably not...I was a little surprised when I saw this for the first time because to me it is distinctly not classic and I always thought of Rolex as being classic...a lot of ladies seem to like it though and I have to admit it does look good on most of them.

I asked two female friends about these dials when they were first announced. Both women in their late twenties thought it looked cheap and tacky.
I thought it looked nice, but what do I know. Clearly not much when it comes to women's tastes.
