Quite easy. Just gotta unscrew both sides and you need something to poke the bar out.

If you are not using an AP strap, you can screw both back in and use any easy change spring bar system and just click it in. If it is an AP strap it is more difficult and takes some getting used to.

Thanks. I just couldn’t push the bar out after unscrewing. I used a spring bar tool but couldn’t. What do you use?
