There's absolutely no physical difference between them.

The only differences are between older and more recent/newer bracelets are finished differently in that what was originally a bead blasted finish on the recessed sections inside of the folding clasp are now a smooth polished finish.
Other than that, the difference is not visible when worn on the wrist, only when the clasp is opened.

I have both variants, with the original on my MK II dial DSSD and the newer polished finish on my recently purchased D-Blue.

There is a prior thread on this subject with pictures(I think) with the newer polished bracelet appearing on both.
