This one in 1987, I was 29 and had to have it once I had seen how they were made. Birks had a three year no interest plan, $80 a month.

Awesome! I am 24 and just made MY first purchase(my GMT was a generous gift) of a watch strikingly similar. I plan to replace the crystal and put it on a strap, came with full box and papers...

Fantastic watch!!!!...really well done.....you will never ever tire of looking at it.....a service will make it look a million dollars, you might be surprised by how good the bracelet looks when it comes back....it's amazing how good they look after service especially once they are on your wrist, all the elongation due to wear (I hate the S word!) disappears once they are on the wrist......in any case they do look great on a strap (black especially) but of course you could look for a second hand bracelet, they are available......

Once again well done......I love mine as much if not more than the day I bought it....

Have a Rado, Movado, and Braum Capeland S but this would be my first hopefully of many Rolexes.. eyeing the Explorer next...
