Some very nice cars particularly the classics that I love most.
Here is my baby that I run around Europe for 50,000 miles.
Sold it when I moved to the US but now looking for a replacement....

I had an '08, same color combo as yours. Honestly, I was so excited to buy it and so disappointed with all the issues........clutch drag, etc. TSB's like crazy on the car. Let it go a little after a year and bought a Boss 302. Much better daily driver and not really any issues.

These days, I'm driving this.........

But there is just very little sole.
I don't really mind giving up the luxury. The s5 isn't my daily driver and neither will the GTR. I'll leave the luxury for my wife's next car. This will be a strictly fun weekend ride for me.

Thanks for the heads up, I have yet to test drive a gtr

Very interesting!! I went from a Porsche 997 TT to an Audi to the Shelby.

I looked for the Boss 302 Laguna Seca but they were totally non available new so I bought the newly refined, designed, 5.8 Shelby.

Because it was 1/2 the price of the Audi R8 V10 Spyder and so much less than the Porsche I feel more comfortable driving it and parking it and having fun with it. IMO its a more fun car to drive than the P Car or Audi because of its cost and it significant power. I am not a track person so that aspect is not important to me but I like the back roads and the straights in Florida.

The Boxster is a fun car also! Your car is very nice and fun to drive. My local dealer let me take out a PDK Boxster recently and I had fun. Guess the 997 TT got me addicted to its power so I went with the Shelby and it doesn't disappoint. It is a total beast that will master you if you don't learn how to handle it. I am still learning and have been scared to death down shifting at 80 into 3rd and juicing it on the highway,,,WOW..

Any Shelby GT500 guys here?

[QUOTE=newrolexman;4637825]Any Shelby GT500 guys here?

No Shelby, but I was saving for a blower that would put me in that range before we expatted to France. I think the Shelby GT500 is arguably the most bang for the buck. Certainly the most HP per $. I do love my 7 year old triple black GT vert though, and she has 17,000 pristine, rain-free miles on her. Hard to keep black cars and SS watches swirl free!

Mustangs... Had a few.. GTs (Vortex), Saleen, Cobra (Whipple charger) Shelby GT500. Upgraded pulleys, injectors, tune, suspension, rear arms, ect... Not really that happy with. Traded it for a 2010 GTR.. Wow! I think that's the best bang for your buck!

It is an option that makes the section between the two tiny bucket seats in the back full leather, instead of a synthetic. Porsche is the option king want leather on our vents? Want our keys to match your car paint? Want your seatbelt to be Yellow? Pay up
