I wear my RG president or YG sub because Italians like to compliment flashy watches

Also Italian girls...

I would have regretted if I visited Rome for the first time and not wear my Rolex (as well my Ferragamo shoes and Persol glasses while walking near via Babuino..ehh)

Love this city

Lots of WIS in Italy ! Naples does have a bad rep but just be sensible when & where you go and you won’t expose yourself to issues. Same as any other big city

The Italians are more concerned about ripping off the government than ripping off your Rolex ... which 99% of them wear.

I know that Naples is a hot bed for thieves and pick pockets and that these guys can whip your watch off your wrist without you even noticing.

Just wondering if you guys have experience of wearing a Rolex in these places?

Thanks
I got back last week from going to Venice, Florence and Amalfi Coast. Wore my SS GMT LN the whole time and it was fine - rolex wearers everywhere! HOWEVER, be careful in Naples train station - I’m by no means a safety freak but felt uncomfortable wearing it there. Other than that, wear and enjoy!
