No. I never said that.

I merely stated that the USPS is only as reliable as the people who run it. My mailman is great and I like him a lot. But he never collected my signature for a signature required delivery of an expensive in non-serialized non-traceable item.

If I were inclined to commit mail fraud, I could have claimed I never received the item and potentially gotten a refund, replacement item, or possible prison sentence. But that's not me and it's not worth the risk to me or my mailman's career (if any investigation ever blew back on him).

I requested the Mods to remove his information in the first place. I think our member needs to know and be aware of this guy. He’s been scamming people for years....almost 10 on almost every site. Who knows, he might join and become a member here and starts scamming people here too.

I removed his home address (see post 83), and it was not requested by you. It was requested/suggested by another member. You should be dealing with this issue on TZ. Scammer's name is Bryan Pannell, that's all folks need to know here.
