Amazing! So, you're rationale is that if you give a store cashier 20 bucks for a 2 dollar item and you get 8 dollars change, it is an "emotional" response to be dissatisfied? I paid for my girlfriend's entire seat, and she didn't get it because of her extremely obese neighbor. With your logic, I'd say a little 'emotion' is definitely in order, rofl.

It reminds me of the flip-side when flying with my family. It's my wife and I and our two boys, 9 and 5 years old. In the old days when they were younger it was a curse to draw the short straw and sit with them in the 3-3 configuration planes as it was constant needs, occasional crying, and other joys of flying with kids. So we'd draw straws or take turns. Now it's the golden seat because they take up no space and quietly occupy themselves the whole time.

If you're ever on a flight with us Jason, you can take the seat next to my kids and stretch out a bit
Thanks Matt.

My wife and I started travelling with our girls when they were each six months old so I recall the rare struggle, but we honestly got lucky and now they are incredibly good travellers. We Go to Maui every year (are on island now, actually) and the girls actually look forward to the flight!

Enjoy! We take our kids all over the place too and they love the uninterrupted game device time and chewing gum on the plane. Plan on heading out to Maui for Thanksgiving, jealous you're there now. Have a great time
