I'm curious why you think the Sub and Daytona are a more masculine looking design than the DSSD? And what does complexity have to do with masculinity?

Unless we're talking "wrist presence". Gosh I really despise that term and concept though

I've seen women wearing Subs and even Deepsea due the hype around large watches.

But I've never seen any female wearing a 42mm black Explorer2 so far. So that might be your answer.

Built tough enough to take on the mighty great white (and win)! Refined enough for a covert meeting with an underground Bond villain. They even say that the bezel doubles as a buzz saw that will fall large trees...

The SD43.

Another vote for the sea dweller. Easily the most masculine Rolex in the lineup.

Anyone who keeps insisting that there is no associated masculinity with certain models is kidding themselves.

Without a doubt, the huge bulbous DeepSea.

I can’t disagree! I had my wife try mine on. It’s just a bit too big.

I’m surprise nobody has mentioned the venerable GMT Master. To me everything about the 116710LN is manly. Black bezel and dial and a little bulk. Very functional. All business and just enough polish to be classy. Everything from the name GMT MASTER to the pilot’s watch heritage exudes manliness.

I didn’t think so but even the BLRO looks more manly than I thought it would. The jubilee gives it a little edge, red is an aggressive color and navy blue is the manliest color on the color wheel. I’m aware of the Pepsi GMT’s fame, and I stand by my words.

Surprised no one had mentioned the YM2. Surely that is a watch for ‘Men Only’?

I'll vote for the King Midas. Elvis wore it, and if crapping so hard you kill yourself isn't just about the manliest thing you can do, then I don't want to think what might top it.
