After dealing with Czapek I'll tell you one thing, you will not find the level of customer service and appreciation from ANY other watch brand. This may change once they get bigger but at the moment when you deal with them, they make you feel appreciated. My only good interaction with Rolex was my SA, but they lost Rolex so that door is closed. Now when I walk into a Rolex AD I get treated like complete garbage despite having 7 Rolex. Same goes for AP here in Canada. I love Patek but I can't imagine Mr.Stern calling me personally to discuss my new watch.

You must be treated special as I have not received any personal attention nor even a thank you note.

Did you order directly from Czapek or via a dealer?

Thru dealer but with involvement from Czapek as the first dial was unacceptable and rejected causing a two month delay. That note on the delay came from Czapek

I suppose you are lucky enough to get that Nebula dial. :D

Jokes aside, this is the first time i hear anything but stellar feedback from a Czapek client.

I’m not unhappy. I got the watch and it looks great. I was treated the same as many of the online purchases I’ve made. Nothing special nothing terrible. However, it’s going back to Czapek because there is an issue with the movement engagement

That is odd since I didn't do anything special. I had Pierre Millasson and Michael Margolis reach out, Pierre is the brand ambassador in Switzerland and Michael is for North America. Did they not contact you when you placed your order on their site?

I purchased thru Exquisitetimepieces. And I took part in a zoom meeting with Pierre when they launched the subscription for the antarctique but that was from an email invite to anyone as I let them know before the zoom I purchased one. That was special. I’m not dissatisfied at all and have gotten very responsive and good service on the movement issue from both mike and Exquisitetimepieces.

Supposedly as they upgrade components in the movement they will give you the latest and greatest updated parts during service at no cost

They’re hand painted and fired and on the first one there was a bubble on the dial

Thinking about picking up one of their dress watches. How is the finishing compared to Lange or Patek? Seems to be about on par with the mid range patek models and a step down from Lange?

Owning a Patek, a Lange and a Czapek (though not dress), I'd say that's fair.

Newest addition to the Antarctique collection, the Rattrapante! Stunning piece, both visually and b/c of its complexity.

Wow. That rattrapante is amazing! I love the Passage de Drake (so much that I have one incoming!) but this is even a level up.

Wow. That is quite a statement of intent! I love that they decided to keep this in steel - keeps the cost down to what could realistically be seen as a bit of a bargain, and explicitly links the DNA to the three hander.

After you showed me this, I had mine customized the same way. The red second hand is a perfect pop of color for this timepiece.

Well done. I hear we are in minority as most of them will have red tip seconds hand only.
