Once again, many thanks to Dan and Charlie Cleves. What a great GTG. Thanks so much. It was great to meet all of you that I had a chance to catch up with. And a special thanks to Mike for the vintage Subby lesson. You have whet my appetite for a vintage piece in a big way. My wife told me to tell you thanks a lot (sarcasm obviously implied)

Hey Tim. The pleasure was all mine my friend. That 5513 looked GREAT on your wrist.

Now,...about your wife. The first one is always the hardest. After that you can say "what?....you've seen this one before".....(well,..didn't work for me, but you never know.

Just tell her that you've changed the dial, strap, bracelet etc. for a different look.

Dan, I can't tell you what an honor it was to meet you and all the guys at the GTG. What a great bunch of guys with an amazing collection of watches.

A special thanks to Charlie and his staff for opening up his shop and making us feel so at home (not to mention picking up lunch).

All you guys just re-enforce what a great bunch of people we have on TRF and what a great hobby this is. The watches, the stories, the friendship, it just doesn't get any better.

Thank you so much for the Paul Newman photo...uh, my wife won't give it back. If fact she asked if I got any wallet size.
My wife took the Paul Newman photo from me bought a frame at Michael's and for some reason it's now on the wall of her studio.

...such a great GTG...

...unfortunately, it did not work out for me to make it.

...am looking forward to Unclesuzie's GTG in PA.

...maybe noting will come up that keeps me away from that one.

Stan.
