Making the rounds with some residual Glenmorangie tonight. I had a splash of Artein and Ealanta. I have a small amount of Finealta left but I hate to see it go. Smooth yet just gritty enough to keep me interested

Nor have I until then, it's not that bad either for espresso aficionados but I find this one step better in terms of taste

Nice!!

The Artein was one of my fav's, probably had 4-5 bottles of that stuff that year. Wished I would've kept some...

I still have the Ealanta and the Finnealta unopened. Astar was a phenomenal one too. Some of the more recent ones have been kind of a letdown.

Thank you Sir! You inspired me to finish off the last of my bottle of Astar tonight. Only a wee dram left. Very hot whisky just as I remembered. I stopped buying the private editions after the Ealanta. Prices surpassed the $100 mark and I just couldn't justify it when the 18 year was so good for much less.
