It's all about priorities
Have you dropped the idea of getting the BumbleBee?

BTW Heru,
I really wish AP will make an GP band that fits the regular ROO's cause it's one of the comfiest bands i've had on.
Too bad that the LE doesn't fit me that well, they wear way to big for me

I feel you Thomas, if it doesnt fit why bother getting it.

Yes i have to forget about the bumble bee , since both are forge carbon. I have to pick one. But Im still going to get Panda bracelet for my next collection, I dont have one in bracelet.
The AP price will go up soon I heard.

You really can't go wrong with the Panda on bracelet
Then you will also be able to shift the bracelet on to your Diver for a completely different look

I heard about a price hike in the US but no indication of it here in already expensive Sweden.

I guess the explanation for the hike is the high price on the CHF.

Thats a good idea Thomas, bracelet for both watches.
Last time I saw Panda bracelet in person, away much better then in the picture. The dial so clean and sharp ! definitely my next AP.

Great stuff! Have you ever tried a short strap on the GP's? That makes all the difference in the world to me! So comfortable.. feels like a feather on my wrist and does not wear big at all!

It's not the strap being too long for me, it's the bulky pusher set that is not wearing too comfy on me

What size wrist do you have? I'm barely over 6" in it fits like a glove.

Barely over 6 too, I guess i'm used to how the regular Offshores wear and might want to give it another try

The thing is i love that they wear light all tough i'm a bit scared about getting ugly dings on forged carbon case.

Do you have any wrist pics i'd love too see them

Here's me trying on the RG GP!

My regular Offshores fit a bit better because the case is smaller, however, I have no issues with the larger Offshore variations either. I love how light the forged carbon is. Most think it's this huge monster piece.. but when on the wrist I barely feel it there. Shoot me your email, I'll send some pictures over.

Can one of you clarify the most popular AP models and their price points? Seems like I'm only seeing three models in a of these posts -- one with a date just, one with left side chron, one with bottom chron?

Well the pics speak for themselves those models are the most popular.
Prices start from 14k

So I was correct in my assumption that I'm looking at 3 popular models in a variety of styles and colors? What are these models called? Most of you don't reference the names.

I think you can always check on thier web site : www.audemarspiguet.com you can see the Roal oak offshore (ROO) and Royal oak Chrono (ROC) are the most popular models here.
Im not an AP expert, but when I saw and tried at the first time, ROO really fits me well and I fell in love at the first sight, it just un comparable to my Rolex collections.

As Heru already wrote, have a look at their website or better yet visit you nearest AP dealer

Another question, has the AP popularity soared as of late? I assume yes. Does that make some of you worried if you ever want to sell? I know AP has a great history, and you buy the watch for love but everyone likes to know their selection has a sound resale value.

I wish that i could swing two new AP's this year too
But i'm so close to keep that RG Breguet Chrono on hold and add either the 15300 or the Diver to my collection....I got the AP bug to say the least

Abolutely right . We get a nice discount from our dealer, and the price always going up on these watches. Its joy and pride of collecting these pieces.
