For some reason this shot shows the watch much more balanced on your wrist. Looks great!

Looks good, enjoy! If that's too big on you then 90% of all SD DS/43 posted wrist shot pics look too big. Congrats and wear in good health.

It still looks too big, but so long as you are happy, that's all that matters. Clenching fist doesn't make your wrist any larger, btw.

OTOH, why were you asking if you think it's OK?

Looks good and would look even better if you tighten it up a notch or two on the glidelock, maybe?

Even if it looks smaller with a flex pose or full body shot, it would still look big with normal everyday wear.

It would still look big on your wrist when you are walking, driving with your arms on the steering wheel and when your wrist is in horizontal position while at rest, sitting down or working on a desk/computer, etc.

Just accept the fact (based on the majority of comments here) that your SD43 is big for your wrist and just enjoy wearing the heck out of it since you said it's a keeper.

If that looks too big you'd better stay away from Panerai

Great. So why did you post this thread in the first place? It seems like a waste of everybody's time.

Looks OK to me but all that matters is what you think and feel.

If it feels uncomfortable or too heavy, then it's not for you. If every time you look at the watch you end up agonizing over the size, then it's also probably not for you.

I would give it a few weeks for your wrist to adapt to the feel of a new, larger watch.

Nice pic, by the way!

I posted this thread for the same reason we all do! To get the feedback from our fellow watch lovers. Don't be bitter. Smile buddy and go on to the next thread.

At the end of the day, how YOU feel is all that really matters sir. Regardless of what anyone on here says, you need to love putting it on in the morning.
