Supercar vs. Sports Car

Curious what you guys with experience think.

I read an article recently that was titled something like "The things you don't know about owning a Super Car (exotic)".

One thing that really stood out is the idea that they are really tough to drive.

The comment made specifically was that you don't simply take out your Ferrari or McLaren to go to the grocery store or the gym.

Apparently you take these cars out to go from point A, to point A. Meaning, you simply take them out for a drive and then return it back to the garage.

I find all this pretty interesting. I love the idea of someday owning an exotic car. But I drive my GTS all the time. If it is nice out, I am driving.

Curious if anyone has any experience and thoughts on this.
