A. Lange & Sohne 2nd hand market

Hey guys, anybody in Canada recently got any discount on Langes? There are only 2 ADs (none close to me) and both are asking for full MSRP + tax. They also have very limited stock -- only 2-3 at stock. I'm looking for Lange 1, w/ or w/o moonphase.

No discounts anywhere to be had but if you buy at boutique you can get qued up for Odysseus steel which is trading for premium right now. Im not sure if Lange has any boutiques tho in Canada.

I’ve never seen a boutique discount ever. I suppose if you have a strong relationship with one you can get some discounts but I have tried to no avail. No the grey market is a different animal all together. You can still get discounts today with full warranty and your name on the paperwork.

For sure, I think they aren't the deal they were used in say 2018 though. I think I paid 15 or 16 for my lange 1 in RG used in 2019!

Same story everywhere though. :)

Depends on the Boutique! WG Odysseus being offered in Australia - need several purchases for SS Odysseus and with no guarantee of delivery date just that it's >4 years.

I was given a 12month estimate last December and hoping to get mine this year. Last I heard a few months ago new ppl to the list are being told +2 years.

I was talking to my sales rep at the sydney boutique pre-lockdown and the wait for the wg odysseus is 2 years :(
