This is a very rare box apparently. I have seen perhaps 3 of these total. in your situation I would get the only one available on EBAY at the moment and the only insert that I could also find which is an aftermarket version for a President Datejust that has the red faux leather on the outside compared to the posted dimensions for both box and aftermarket insert, they do seem to match. Purchase some green faux leather online or at a local fabric store so you can match it better. Remove the Red faux leather from the insert and use it as a template for the green. liberally spray the back with 3M 777 spray adhesive and reattach. This box is the only one I have seen for sale anywhere, and I do mean anywhere. I do think it would also look much better cleaned up. As I indicated an interest in the box, they offered me and everyone else who has been watching it, a discount to $125, Same on the insert an offer of $33 and that one is free shipping. I used to build architectural models back in the day, just a thought…

Something like this but you would be better off going directly to a fabric store to try and match the color and texture of the existing green material on the interior that covers the hinge in the box and looks not to have faded like the exterior.

Rolex Box

Well my 90th birthday is next month and I sure would like to give myself the presentation box 54.00.3 for my 1969 Ref 16758 GMT Master Concorde watch. I would then have all the original things that came with it to pass onto my son.If anyone has one they would sell or knows where I can buy one PLEASE post or PM me.
The runway of life is getting shorter every day.

Rolex box 54.00.3

Well I guess there is no one out there with a 54.00.3 Rolex presentation box for my 1969 GMT Master Concorde watch ref 16758 that will ship to the good old U.S.A.
So guess at 90 years old this month I will stop against the wall

Sadly I am still looking for the box 54.00.3. Sure would like to find it so I have a original box to go with the original paper work I have when I pass it on to my son
