I was at a stop light a few days ago when I looked at my watch and noticed the sun was hitting it at the perfect angle. The crown was perfectly visible. I was so excited that I scrambled to take my phone out for a picture. I think it came out awesome. I just saw this thread and I’m even more excited to share it. Lol. Here you go.

Absolutely! It’s much clearer in my photo. You can actually see it’s a crown. Once it uploaded, it seems to have lost some resolution. But you get the point!

Been over my new black dial GV Milgauss four times, and cannot find any LEC. And just to satisfy my curiosity, I even checked the entire crystal AND the entire perimeter. On my other Rolex models the LEC is very easy to find.

I was wondering if there is no LEC due to the complexity and time it takes to manufacture the GV (takes two weeks minimum) and if there is something about the chemical makeup that precludes lasering the bubbles into it.

It would be nice to know for certain why the GV's have no LEC.

You may be right with regards to the type of glass they use for GV.

There was a thread here somewhere...

There's not much point in applying it to the GV. The whole green crystal itself is anti-counterfeit.

WG BLRO today. I trade around a lot, but those and my 16710 are ones that I’ll never let go. Did that with the the 2 WG and had to replace them.
