I’m infatuated with that 1921 further up the page. Gorgeous.

Love this black dial. It's a very deep black in person

They have one the most durable and intuitive annual calendars as well as one of the most durable in house chronograph movements.

I love VC high end on strap. I just don't like anything about the overseas and tend to buy sport watches. Bummer.

I think top end VC are amazing, I must don’t think they’ve got the Overseas right, which is what most on a Rolex forum are likely to judge them on.

Interestingly, I was in a VC AD recently and the only overseas stock they had was a yellow gold chronograph on a rubber strap. AD was saying demand was outstripping supply for the first time.

I have a special affinity with VC, as I had the fantastic opportunity 14 years ago to spend one month at their manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates. My best time in my life and they did my horological education, for which I am forever grateful.

What is a watch for? Keep time. What better way to earn that title than a company surviving for 260+ years, longer than PP and AP? In addition to their outstanding quality and A-class watches, they currently still hold record for having the most complications on a single time piece at 57 complications. That should tell you how exquisite they are as a watchmaker. To be able to create something like that is very impressive and deserving of the title.

Beautiful watch and movement. I think this will be my next one as it seems to tick all the boxes especially with the Geneva seal for relatively good value.

VC should improve their marketing game. This may be used to argue why they should be out of the trinity. I still believe their place in the trinity is well earned and deserved.

Just purchased a mint condition, vintage VC from 1948 - my birth year! A simple 36mm, no date, three hander with small second, but really cool. Anxiously awaiting delivery.

VC is firmly set among the trinity brands because of all the large brands, it’s probably the one with the most integrity in how it finishes its watches and movements. Not as many machines as AP, much smaller numbers than Patek. With VC, you’ll find quietly perfect watches, with anglage all the way to the underside of the dial and proper deference to tradition. Watches as they should be made, but all too often are no more. That’s why.

Well I’ve had my VC for over a month now and have to say it’s the best watch I’ve ever owned - I’ve owned most Rolex models and the 5711. It’s just superb.
