What are your thoughts on these? I’m seriously considering getting one of these for my next piece. Haven’t seen a whole lot of posts on them. I’m really drawn to the dials; leaning towards the rubber straps.

How...guess I have been under a rock as this is the first time I’ve seen this set up. I much prefer either option than the bracelet to be honest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

This is the WG model and from what I’ve been told, straps are not interchangeable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Correct afaik. Straps are not interchangeable which is kind of annoying because the WG looks amazing on rubber. The SS textured dial is a really nice touch so I went with that version and am hoping they release a rubber straps for it...

+1 on the Rubber. The leather is still a huge improvement over the steel, but it doesn't look nearly as good as the rubber. That dial is so much better as well.

I have the WG (I'm wearing it now actually!).
It came on leather and the rubber is coming as well. They ARE interchangeable...so I'm going to wear leather in the cold and rubber in the warm...it's a terrific piece and I couldn't be more happy with it |

I can't say enough positive about the WG odysseus...it's so incredibly comfortable on the wrist, it's EASY to read the time (I'm one of those guys who likes to read the time on his watch).
The leather strap is the most comfortable strap I own. They just absolutely nailed it. I like it so much better than the SS version personally. |

The white gold pieces are lovely. The SS is pretty good as well and allows more freedom with straps. |

This transforms the watch for me. I am not a fan of the bracelet but that looks superb! A true high end sports watch.

Have you or anyone tried a curved end strap? I'm leaning toward Camille Fournet for a navy blue / azure alligator strap and saw that they offer the option. Perhaps it would be too sporty though.

Thanks makes sense; glad they didn’t make it like a 5712/1A. Maybe I am in the minority; but I like the look of the traditional strap attachment vs the end link for the gold version Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
