Wondering why so many people wear a watch as far up the back of the hand as possible? To each their own, but that seems really awkward as to wear that crown digging in the back of your hand. I don't think that was the intent of such a perfect made Rolex.

Kansas 1 I hear you ;-)

I had just got my submariner back from service after 11 years daily on the wrist from the RSC. It literally looked brand new and it had been worn rough!
The JC DSSD is my new daily wear timepiece.

Hey fellow DSSD owners, I have a newbie question if I may. A search has really hailed me poor results here, so I am just going to ask in this thread.

When it is time for service on my DeepSea, due the the fact it needs a special pressure test for insane depth rating- what is the service requirement? Do we send to Dallas? Is it done at Rolex Switzerland? I cannot find a true understanding of where this service and proper pressure test is completed with a warranty.

Thanks in advance for any insight, and sorry if I have missed a specific thread on this very specific question.

Mine is at Dallas RSC right now. They will pressure test it there as part of the service.

Could you show the height differences? Interested in how much bulkier the DSD is vs the submariner.
