Hardly ever people mentioned it but for me, the most beautiful part of a PP watch is the case. Sheer artistry.

Awesome shot Ken. Hope to have mine back on after F1 weekend. RM has the wrist time as it's appropriate.

I'm sad because my 5711P is gone for a while to Patek spa

And when I'm sad I don't want to see hours
But my problem is it's impossible for me to don't wear watch, so I find the solution

I wear that

And when i am sad,

John, Do you mind me asking what happened to your 5711? Is it a sticking date issue or something simple that needs fixed. If you prefer not to answer that is totally understandable. It just seems that the piece has not been around for that long and is such a shame that it has to go in so quick for service. Hopefully you can get her back very soon.

Of course Mike, you may ask
I have to confess that I made a very bad scratch on the case one year ago and it makes me mad
And because I had the watch since 3 years, I decided to give it for the first service
So my beauty will be charge by laser in platinum to erase the scratch

Ken how does the 5990 compare to the 5711 in terms of comfort?

It is very comfortable much like 5711 with silky smooth bracelet. Clearly heavier like 5980 but feels great! It is truly a perfectly balanced watch with great complications.
