Luck....might mean something to tossing a coin, but the All Blacks make their luck from hard work, skill and ability.

Sorry but the All Blacks have the depth of quality players and commitment which will yield the ultimate result.

Would agree but I was talking about the French Welsh game, now IMHO a Wales and All Blacks should have been the final match.

Hope your right - Wales need to get something out of this game, don't want them to end this tournament on another downer!

Looks like the spark has gone out of Wales a bit (and who could blame them).

I hope they can get going and turn the game around. IMO Wales deserve the consolation prize more.

Watching the game now with 18 minutes to go and Wales is looking flat. I'm trying to get the over the line, but their kicking is rubbish.

Oh well.

It's amazing that the French don't get more credit for what they have accomplished (France and NZ are the only 2 teams with 3 finals appearences, of course NZ has won). But I never see France rated up in the elite. It's always NZ, Aus, RSA, and Eng considered as top rung. All France has done is win. Perhaps with an upset over NZ, the rugby-ranking folks will no longer be able to deny the French dominance. Of course, that will never happen in a million years; NZ is stacked even without Carter, et al.

It would be quite an upset.Finals are strange though, can be tighter than most expect.Who knows...quick intercept try, conversion and drop or penalty and the score ,NZ behind 10-0 after 5 min or so .... Also,no one really expects France to win....no pressure.NZ on the other hand has pressure on them....the world expects them to win,the NZ people EXPECT them to win. They are the clear favorites. They dearly want to break the drought since 1987.So,the All Blacks have all the pressure. Then again, the All Blacks can also run away with the final. They are a classy outfit.

France vs England ....a local radio broadcaster summed it up nicely:
"The French attack is weak, their defense is weak, they fight amongst each other, the players and the coach fight ....... therefore they are going to win" They won.

That's a bit drastic. I think they would be Sacrilege!

At the end of the day its just 30 men running around a field throwing a ball around. Lets put things into perspective and keep our inner drama queens under control

Don't burn it yet. Wait until the French beat you and then burn it.

MIne expires in 6 months. I'm going to renew it. Nothing like travelling on a NZ pp. With the Oz pp you get whacked for tourist visas in certain countries like Turkey and France, unless this has changed since. Not had a single problem with any country on my various travels with my NZ pp

I'm contemplating getting an aussie pp, whats the pros and cons??

Cheers, I'll try to give it a look...

I'm still trying to recover from the split in my side caused by Matt Damon playing Francois Pienaar!!!

Big game today, very exciting.....ABs look un-backable, so much so that the bookies are quoting them at 1.09 and Les Bleus at 7.0! I just hope we get a spectacle befitting the occasion.

I cannot do that

As much as I love France, I learnt French when I was a kid, I listen to French music now, went to see a French / US movie - Mid night in Paris... (excellent film).... France bombed the Rainbow Warriors in NZ, French tested Nuke next door to NZ... so I have the back the ABs
