I actually just took it off early this am, but here it is. Can someone tell me what model it is? And I know the day, date is off. Its too much of a PIA to keep correct. I've had it many many years. Curious as to what it is worth. Its perfect with new OE bracelet and box. Thanks!

That's an Omega triple date (day, date, month), although I really am not sure of more details... never seen big fonts like yours before. Here's mine:



As for setting the day/date/month, it is actually fairly straight forward. That said, the crown is a little small, and sometimes I too find it a chore having to wind it to the correct dates.
