Being in the states with no planned trips to Europe in the near future, I had to turn to the grey’s to scratch the itch.

How proud would your son be to wear the same watch as dad at the same time. Your 2017 could then go to the grandson; who would then be wearing the same watch as his dad.

Just my thoughts

Only reason I would sell one .. to free up money for another watch (having my eye on a 94300 Tudor... but running out of watch money for the moment )
Still having both and did not take either one with me on the FL trip - so far now, I'm keeping both.

I think that is the good call at least in the short term. Hope you enjoyed Florida.

Yes I do, and it’s worth the $$
It matches perfectly!

Not happening. I’ve contacted them several times since the purchase and this last time they said even if they change store names here in the US it will be a European only model.

Luckily I have a friend in England who called around for me, I sent a wire transfer and a friend picked this up for me in London this afternoon!

Two. The blue fabric above and this leather one. Both are short. I have a 7.25” wrist and am on the second to last hole on the leather.

Thanks for letting me know. Reason I ask is I’ve heard Tudor are now only supplying one strap with their watches so wasn’t sure whether this new policy applies to the butcher edition or not.

Can’t wait to pick mine up!

The only thing they kept from the full set in London was the blue Bucherer/Rolex hang tag. I got this as an explanation when I asked that the send it after the 1 year hold time..

“Rolex and Tudor need to keep the tag for reasons of warranty. And for correction, it is not for a year, basically Rolex and Tudor would need to keep the tag (a miniature version of warranty card same information as shown on client warranty). Clients would have the warranty card and user manual only.

This policy has been advisory in the past. And since August, all retailers and sales consultant have to sign agreement and implement it vigorously. Hence, I hope that you could understand.”

Just hit the 1 year anniversary for mine. My step dad was born in Germany and left there at age 9. He still has some distance relatives who drove 2 hours to Munich to get mine. Absolutely love it, it's my favorite piece.

Hi all

My wife managed to pick up a set for me for my 30th birthday at Lugano and we are super happy about it!!!

We managed to keep the full set (including the blue hang tag).

Will post pics once I’ve hit 10 posts!

Nice! I didn’t get the blue hang tag nor that black case with red stitching. Is that a service case and it came with the new set or just an extra the dealer threw in?

You are a lucky man that your wife could be excited over a watch with you

I am fortunate in that i don't have to run watch purchases by my wife, but she sure doesn't give a flying poop about my watch collection

I understand from my wife they came as a set. You may wish to check with the Bucherer outlet you made your purchase at on this.

FYI - The warranty card was placed in the black case with red stitching after my wife filled in her name. She was there on a holiday with her sister while I was back home working. Bucherer insisted on filling her name on the warranty card which has to be the same name as that on the credit card used for payment.

Neither the carry pouch nor the Bucherer hang tag comes with the watch; both are options that the AD adds as a "finishing touch". In fact, I got the feeling that all Black Bays are delivered seperate from the boxes and the AD pretty much puts the pieces together...
