Please be a Sky Dweller, blue dial on jubilee! Would love to own one of those.

I'm going to visit a few Rolex stores THIS WEEK and I'm going to buy the FIRST piece I'm offered -- no matter what it is! And, if I love it, I'm going to keep it. If I don't 100% love it, I will make it available to a TRFer who wants it. I'll pay it forward to a Rolex lover who really loves the piece.

I'm up for the challenge. Will I be offered anything at all? Will I end up with a Datejust with diamond bezel? Will I get a YG Daytona? Who knows? If it's a nice one, I'll snatch it away from the evil flippers and release into the TRF universe - the home of all pure and Rolex-worthy watch lovers.

Edit: If you have a dream watch, please be super specific.
Kudos to you OP, but how do you know you're not forwarding it to someone who will flip it?

I’ve always been super fascinated by the sky dweller, but obviously due to my lack of purchase history being at the level some of these AD’s expect you to have now a days, I’ve seen the watch as unobtainable. While I love and respect their nod towards aviation, I’d say that lies with the GMT. But having the title of the most complex Rolex made to date is what draws me to is. I love the engineering and R&D that went behind that watch, and part of the appeal to me is the fact that it doesn’t have a real heritage because that means we’re making and defining what that heritage looks like for future models to come. It would be unreal to be able to own one of those one of these days and I may be in the minority who thinks it looks good on the jubilee. If it happens to be either the Blue or White dial configuration I would be elastic and a proud owner of the watch!

Hmmm, that looks like a Datejust. Hope someone who is looking for one gets the privilege of getting it!

Know there are many mates here with amazing collections and VIP status with their AD’s, allowing them to get almost any piece they desire. Would be cool
for someone with that buying power doing the same after OC delivers the new watch to its new owner , keeping this thread (and the hope of many, including myself) alive!

Nope, it's a stainless Explorer I (which I could have sworn had been mentioned). Only watch I know of that has a flip-lock and no crown guards.

Black and white pic to throw everyone off, flip lock clasp, and you can see the center links have a different finish and color = 124273 two tone Explorer. I actually like it a lot but probably not enough to buy it. Hopefully someone enjoys it.

agree with you there. no other reason why it's gonna be in b/w.

Ah, didn't pick up on it being a B&W pic, but see what you're saying now.

Looks like a Yachtmaster blue or slate dial thats on my list.
But if its a 2021 release it's not that. So that leaves a datejust or an explorer.

It’s a TT explorer in grayscale.

Here’s why:
- oyster PCL
- no crown guards
- seemingly 36mm case
- flip lock clasp.
