Hi everyone, I am considering my first A Lange purchase and I really like the Dual Time (I love the really cool feature of hiding the local time hand when not needed). Anyone has experience with it over the long run, planning to use it as business travel watch. Thanks

Thrilled with this new strap! It's the perfect color blue, with the darker parts of the scales providing a nice contrast. I picked the skin and specified that I wanted the scales on the long side of the strap to include some of smaller scales towards the tip of the strap. Only 1 keeper and 3 holes needed. Best of all, the deployant buckle is finally centered on the bottom of my wrist, so it's now comfortable.

Perfect. Looks great. Is it an ALS strap, or aftermarket ? Who, if I may ask, ?

First Lange incoming!

Thrilled to show some (poor) pics of my latest acquisition, and first Lange- the 1815 Up/Down Cellini edition. Love this bright white lacquer dial. Immediately threw it on a Delugs grey strap, with two more on the way. Any and all strap recommendations welcome!

Just got some new straps in from Aaron in Montreal. I think the additional color over the standard makes the dials pop a bit more

Look at dyed ostrich leg. The texture and coloring you can get from it is beautiful. Couldn't stop thinking about it after staring at the Gronefeld 1941 for months.

Thanks guys. What is really nice (for me) is the size. 38.5 x 10mm, even though it is fitted with a Tourbillon and Fusee & Chain (636 parts in the chain alone). Always amuses me that the back states 29 rubies and 2 diamonds - the diamonds being used for the Tourbillon.

Not to forget of course that an identical YG Tourbillon pour le Merite (number 1 of 150) was Walter Lange's daily piece from 1994 until his death, which does still seem kind of cool.

Anyone happen to know the MSRP for a GL1 gold tang buckle? I'll call the local ALS boutique when they open in CA in a bit but wanted to see if anyone happen to get a nominal discount on these.

Just called. Interesting the local boutique gave me a range vs a precise figure $800-$1000 with a 1-2 month wait due to lack of inventory.
