WG Sub/Blue Face: your thoughts?

though way out of my budget, was just wondering about the WG Sub/Blue Face.. any comments? Worth the (approx) $25k pricetag?

Is there a similar thread already?

I'd rather have 3 or 4 SS watches for the same price

It's my favorite all time watch! I would just prefer if it comes out in SS.

Yup.
$25K WG for one watch Vs. SS? No contest.

I would rather get the classic 16613, much better proportioned, IMHO

Stunning watch , saw it up close yesterday . Out of my current budget , but if money would be no object I'd have it .

yeah, awesome watch, but I agree with the majority, I'll take 2 or 3 SS or TT watches for that kind of dough

I love that watch, but wouldn't buy it in WG. I'm sure it will be available in SS in the future. Man, I love that watch though!

I like it but if I were going to spend that kind of money on one watch (which I doubt I would), I would personally go for YG, not WG, or better yet the TT gold/steel which has the same blue face for less than half the price of the all gold . . .

It's not "electric" blue. It's just blue. I like the TT better :(

i really like white gold / plati pieces... sooo understated... not as flashy as the YG or even the TT.. to those that don't know, it looks like an SS version in blue face only... but to those who know, well, you get the drift...

yah, if i had the dough, it would probably be a good addition to the collection... maybe a good 3rd or 4th Rolex to have

WG is the only way to go. IMHO, it looks nothing like SS in the flesh. Much richer and the feel of it on your wrist is unbelievable.

If you like a white gold sport watch it is the way too go
It also has a nice dial option with 8 diamonds too.

Love the WG Sub/Blue Face! Yes, that kind of cash would add at least 2-3 SS pieces to your collection, but SS (IMO) is no match for the look and feel of WG. Beautiful watch. Makes me think of summer for some reason.
