Full Price for a Pam 244?
I've been thinking about buying the PAM 244 for a couple of weeks. My options in Los Angles are either buy from Tourneau or the Panerai Store in Beverly Hills, or, from a Essential-Watches, an online dealer in Los Angeles for $1,000 less but no manufacturer's warranty. Has anyone here ever purchased a luxury watch from an online dealer like Essential-Watches? They are based in Beverly Hills so they are close and I would be able to inspect the watch should I decide to go that route. Can anyone suggest a reliable dealer in Los Angeles? I think $7,100 retail is too much for this watch.
Thanks. |

My opinion is to buy with warranty and some sort of a dealer back up. You may pay extra, but unless you're into flipping watches - pay more and you get more.
Plus it's a lot more fun to buy local sometimes. Just my 2 cents.

I think that's great advice. It's great to save some money where you can, but should the watch need regulation (I've had two that needed it), or some work the price can be $$$$.

Thanks for the advice fellas. I called a couple of authorized dealers and realized some do give price breaks. I tried the watch on the other day along with the 88 and realized I may go larger.
