NEW Rolex Daytona, which one?

I will be adding a new Rolex to my collection; I have it narrowed down to 2 which are shown in the photos. Any opinions are welcomed.

Black Face or
Blue Face

Personally I like the first choice. The blue dial doesn't do it for me. But buy what you like, whatever suits you the best.

kinda like the blue with red details, but it is just me, i like blue dial watches. but for some reason i dont think it would not have a decent resale value due to its "unique" look.

will this be a keeper?

All of my watches are keepers! I currently have a SS Submariner, Platinum Yacht Master.

I think the Black face has a classic look to it which draws me in, but the blue is unique and the color combination is pretty cool just concerned I would get tired of it.

The blue dial is quite striking. While I like black dials generally, I don't like the little gold sud-dials. So, even though I prefer hour sticks over numbers, as between those two, I would pick the blue.

so the next question you need to ask youeself would be (imo) - how unique do you want to be? and how would you feel when you know 99% of the time you will not see another blue faced Daytona like that in the wild (AD's window dont count)

Black is traditional and will stand the test of time. Blue may go out of fashion. Tylden.

Of these two, I like the black face. The large numbers on the blue are cartoonish to me.
