I'm pulling the trigger on this 7928...Help!

Any issues I should know, I have been talking with the seller all day long and finally decided to buy it (that is if someone doesn't buy it before me) I have spoken with Steve M. about trading my 16610 but have decided to keep it (sorry Steve) and just buy a 7928 straight out. It has a refinished dial and hands but the rest is original and has been recently serviced. The back is a replacement, but it's an original 7928 marked III 64 which is correct for this watch. Let me know Tudor guys, I'd hate to make a mistake. Thanks.
