manual wind
I just noticed the second hand on my 005 moving every time I move my wrist even though I havent wind it. Is this normal?

Alternatively, your jogging the watch is overcoming resistive friction within the mechanism, that the remaining spring energy can't overcome . |

This seems to be normal for 6497/8 derived movements. I noticed the same thing with a friend's unwound 111 - while handling the watch the second hand jumped forward by a few seconds. Others have also noticed this (not just with PAMs)
