I would say 100% positive feedback isn't always dispositive as well, often times a bad seller will shill up their own stuff or have a few friends buy some cheap stuff just to populate a feedback rating with the intention of scamming someone on a big ticket item. That said, a "0" feedback is just a red flag I don't want to go near, even with the usefullness of Paypal/credit card protections. Why go through the hassle?
