Ok it is in French , but you will recognize the 93250 with is oyster bracelet and 455B , with are for TT , no ? I do not like the look of that plexi , and the dial could be after market as well

Or FUNGUS all together ?

You are right : since Charles de Gaulles went over there and sh.. stirred everything with that famous phrase : Vive le Quebec libre ! all went down the tube .
