I bet I know why it needs repair...

Maybe because it's integrity is broken... About the worst fake panerai I have ever seen...

http://cgi.ebay.com/Officine-Panerai...item439d5417ab

from the listing's Q&A:

Q: Hi, Just an fyi on your item. The watch is not an authentic Panerai, its a fake/copy. They don't make a model that has a tourbillion(the movement display in the center on the face) for that model.

A: Thanks for advice. As long it says Panerai on it I don't know what else it could be.Anyway it's broken.Check pictures again. If you are an expert and have experience with this brand I don't have any.If you have doubts do not bid/buy.Best regards.
