I see in that listing they even mentioned CD Peacock as reference and also claimed they are AD's

I checked cdpeacock website and they list the following watches
World Renowned Watches
Cartier, Patek Philippe, Corum,
Buti, Panerai, TAG Heuer, Eberhard,
Maurice Lacroix, Momo, Toy Watch,
Officina Del Tempo

Surely if you're an AD you would advertise the fact and certainly advertise your Rolex line - all they claim is that they have a certified Rolex watch maker on the premises?

I checked the AD list on Rolex's web site and Peacock is listed there. However, I have never known an AD to displays on their own web site that they are Rolex dealers; in conversations with several I've done business with, I have learned that Rolex won't allow ADs to promote the Rolex brand online, only in print and other ads supplied by Rolex. It seems that Rolex wants to control the use of their logo and name as tightly as possible. There is too much flim-flam room on the Internet for them to allow ADs to have their way with the Rolex brand!
