I recently saw a 3135 china clone that is spot on with the rolex movement down to the red wheel and the 3135 in gold and all the markings you normally find on regular 3135 Rolex. It is terrifying to say the least. You need to take a close look at the movment and you can tell but it has to be a trained eye that is used to looking at real 3135 movements. I saved some screenshots of it on my machine at home I would gladly email it to any rolex expert in hopes of trying to find the error so it can help us spot fakes here. Let me know.
